ABOUT ABOUT

Character and Connection with Pamela Hawley (The Groundlings)
To be a superb improviser, you'll need to develop a strong set of characters. This workshop features techniques from Groundlings in Los Angeles, one of the top feeders to Saturday Night Live, and Gary Austin, the founder of Groundlings. In this workshop you'll develop range of body work, tone, voice and character profiles which are the essential foundation to any character work. Learn how to create and build characters that you can embody with confidence on stage. Then, we connect with our improv partners: Characters are never in a vacuum.
