Shut Up and Move! A Physical Comedy Workshop
with Ithamar Enriquez

Why do we choose to just stand and talk to each other in improv when
we are able to BE ANYWHERE, BE ANYONE and DO ANYTHING we want on
stage?! Because we forget that physicality is just as important as
what we are saying in scenes. We can move the action forward without
saying much. It's time to put your body back into your scene work, and
use it! Get out of your head and into your body!
After writing and performing a silent one man sketch show and web
series, Ithamar will share some of his techniques and practices to
help create a better sense of what you can do physically on stage. Ithamar Enriquez was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. In Chicago Ithamar performed and wrote in the Second City touring company, ETC
stage and Main Stage. Since moving to Los Angeles, he has had an
extensive career in commercials, film and TV. His one man silent
sketch show Ithamar Has Nothing To Say, has been featured at The
Comedy Central Stage in Los Angeles, The Austin Sketch Fest, Arizona
State University, the Piccolo Spoleto Festival in Charleston and the
Second City stages in LA and Chicago. The show was also turned into a
web series, on Maker.TV. Ithamar’s Film and TV credits include:
