The course will introduce the fundamentals of writing with an end result of writing sketch comedy for the stage. Through a series of writing exercises, students will use characters, environment and relationships to develop comedic sketches. Completion of weekly assignments inside and outside of class will develop good writing habits for students. Warning: In addition to weekly class attendance, weekly homework assignments outside of class will be required in order to complete the class. Please be prepared to write outside of class. Cost: $265 Pre-requisite: Level 3 Improv or submission of a writing packet
