Introduction to Improv: Middle School
7 Week Course | $200 | Grades 6-8 | Zero Experience Required
This course introduces the fundamental skills and vocabulary of long form improvisation. We believe improv stands alone as a theatrical performance and work to create original characters and stories all inspired by an audience suggestion. We believe students best learn by experience and by example. Therefore, we begin playing on stage on day one of classes. This course is best for students interested in performing. The course culminates with a performance for friends and family.
Course requires a minimum of 8 students registered to make. DCH reserves the right to reschedule the course if the minimum is not met.
This course is for students in 6th-8th grade.
